2 packages (10 ounce size) frozen green peas
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
1/8 teaspoon grated lemon peel
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon dried tarragon leaves
Cook the peas as directed on package (microwave or stove top). Drain well.
Add the peas to a serving bowl and stir in the Parmesan, lemon peel, lemon juice, salt, and tarragon. Mix well.
