ingredients
3 tablespoons oil
1 package (10 ounce size) frozen peas
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
3 large lettuce leaves, shredded
directions
Heat oil in a large skillet. Add peas, onion, salt and pepper. Cover and cook over medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes.
Add shredded lettuce. Heat until lettuce is wilted. Serve warm.
