ingredients
15 ounces green peas, thawed if frozen
4 ounces mushrooms, sliced
2 ounces pimientos, chopped
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup water
4 tablespoons flour
4 tablespoons butter
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon sugar
2 eggs, hard cooked, sliced
1 can French fried onion rings
directions
Combine peas, mushrooms, and pimientos in casserole dish. Mix together milk, water, flour, butter, salt and sugar. Heat in saucepan; stirring constantly until warm.
Place sliced eggs on top of peas. Pour sauce over top. Mix well but gently. Top with onion rings and bake for 20 minutes at 300 F degrees.
