1/2 pound jicama
1 tablespoon black or red rice vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
1 pinch salt
1 small drizzle sesame oil
directions
Peel the jicama and coarsely shred it using a box grater. Place the jicama in a bowl and add the vinegar, sugar, salt, and sesame oil. Mix well.
Cover the bowl and let the jicama salad marinate at room temperature for 4 hours before serving.
