Mixed Vegetable Casserole

ingredients
1/2 cup crushed buttery crackers
1 tablespoon butter or margarine, melted
1 can (16 ounce size) mixed vegetables, drained
1 can (8 ounce size) sliced water chestnuts, drained
1/2 cup salad dressing (not mayo)
1/2 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese
1/3 cup chopped onion
directions
Mix crushed crackers and butter in small bowl.
Mix remaining ingredients in 1-quart casserole. Sprinkle with crushed crackers.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 35 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
