2 cans diced tomatoes and green chilies
1 can black beans
1 package (10 ounce size) frozen okra, thawed (not breaded)
Adobo or garlic salt, to taste
black pepper, to taste
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
directions
Combine all ingredients except cheese and heat in a saucepan until bubbly. Serve topped with shredded cheese.
