ingredients
3 cups uncooked quick cooking brown rice
1 package (6 ounce size) dried fruit bits
1 package (2.25 ounce size) sliced almonds, toasted
1 teaspoon chicken bouillon granules
1 teaspoon curry powder
directions
Divide all ingredients evenly between 2 cup clear containers with air tight lids, creating desired layers. Seal. Attach directions.
Directions: Bring 1 cup water and 3/4 cup orange juice to a boil. Stir in Fruited Rice Mix.
Cover, remove from heat, and let stand for 5 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
