Pizza night is always a favorite, especially when you have great tasting pizza from some of the most popular restaurants.

Mixing together ranch dressing mix and sour cream is downright genius, especially for topping these baked potatoes. It adds way more flavor than plain old sour cream, and makes a nice flavor combo with bacon if you decide to throw some on top.
4 potatoes, baked whole, cooled enough to handle
1/4 cup sour cream
1 envelope dry ranch salad dressing mix
shredded Cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Cut the potatoes in half lengthwise. Scoop out the flesh leaving about a half-inch shell. Place the potato flesh in a bowl and mix with the sour cream and ranch dressing mix.
Scoop the ranch mixture back into the potato shells, dividing it evenly between them.
Place the potato halves on a baking sheet or in a baking pan, stuffed side up. Sprinkle them with the cheddar cheese (make them as cheesy as you wish). Place the pan in the oven and bake at 375 degrees F for 12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the potatoes are heated through.
Serve hot.

Ah, the unassuming envelope of onion soup mix. It's more than just for onion soup (or dip). It adds tremendous flavor (and convenience) in all these recipes.
This Italian cheese is so versatile that it can be used in both sweet and savory recipes from cheesecakes to lasagnas.
