Ah, the unassuming envelope of onion soup mix. It's more than just for onion soup (or dip). It adds tremendous flavor (and convenience) in all these recipes.
Baked Potato Fajitas

ingredients
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/4 cup black olives, sliced
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (mild or sharp)
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup salsa (mild or hot)
2 medium baking potato
1 whole chicken breast
1 can refried beans
1 can chopped green chilies (small can)
1 package taco seasoning mix
directions
Cut chicken breast into bite-size pieces. Wash potato and put in oven to bake.
While potato is baking, stir-fry cut up chicken breast. Add refried beans, onion, green pepper, olives, chilies and taco seasoning. Stir-fry until chicken is done and other ingredients heated through.
When potato is done, split top and open potato. Fill each potato with stir-fry mixture. Top with cheddar cheese, sour cream and salsa.
