potatoes, peeled, chunked and boiled
flour
salt
black pepper
rubbed sage
cooking oil
directions
Mix flour, salt, pepper and rubbed sage in zip lock bag. Add prepared potatoes. Close bag and shake until potatoes are coated with the flour mixture. It will stick because the potatoes are damp.
Pour a small amount of cooking oil into a deep frying pan and when hot add potatoes. Stir until a golden brown.
