2 pints red raspberries, rinsed
3 cups vodka
directions
Place the raspberries in a clean jar with a tight-fitting lid. Cover raspberries with the vodka, seal, and store, refrigerated, for at least 5 days or up to 2 weeks.
Strain the vodka through a fine sieve. Discard the berries and store vodka in a tightly sealed bottle.
