Ingredients:
4 potatoes, peeled and chopped
1 small, diced onion
1 pound ground sausage, browned and drained
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 tablespoons water
Directions:
Place potatoes, onion, and browned ground sausage in the crockpot. Mix soups and water together and pour over the top.
Cook on low for 8 hours.
