ingredients
1 pound sausage (your choice)
1 1/4 cup chicken broth
1 cup uncooked long grain white rice
1 can (15 ounce size) vegetables of your choice, drained
directions
Brown sausage and drain if desired. Add broth and rice, bring to a boil.
Simmer for 25 minutes. During the last 8 minutes, add the vegetables.
