Passion fruit sangria is the perfect drink to invoke the flavors of summer any time of the year. Add some frozen fruit for an extra special touch, and be sure to use a good white wine for the perfect flavor profile

ingredients
3 cups pineapple juice, chilled
1 cup white grape juice, chilled
1 cup passion fruit juice, chilled
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1 bottle (750 ml size) white wine, chilled
12 ounces ginger ale, chilled
directions
Make sure all the liquids are well chilled ahead of time.
Combine the pineapple juice, grape juice, passion fruit juice, lime juice, and white wine in a pitcher. Mix gently.
Slowly stir in the ginger ale and serve immediately.
If desired, frozen chunks or slices of fruit can be added (pineapple, grapes, etc).
