ingredients
1 pound Andouille sausage (or other spicy sausage)
1/4 cup onion
1/8 cup chopped cilantro, to taste
1/8 cup chopped jalapenos, to taste
2 pounds process cheese product
directions
Brown, drain, and crumble sausage. Mince onion, cilantro, and jalapenos.
Combine all ingredients and cook in the microwave or on a double boiler until heated all the way through.
Serve with toast points, crackers, chips, or tortillas.
