Beer makes batters better, meat more tender, and sauces more flavorful.

This Velveeta broccoli dip is the ultimate party trick - simple but indulgent, and a great way to sneak in a bit of broccoli while making no compromises on flavor.

1 package (10 ounce size) frozen chopped broccoli
1 package (16 ounce size) pasteurized process cheese spread, cut up
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
Microwave broccoli in a covered 2 quart microwavable casserole on HIGH 3 minutes or until thawed. Drain.
Add process cheese spread and garlic powder. Microwave 2 to 3 minutes or until process cheese spread is melted, stirring after 2 minutes.
Serve hot with chips and assorted cut up vegetables.
