It may look like a sad little package shoved in the back of your freezer, but frozen spinach actually has a lot of culinary uses (and some may surprise you).

What's the secret ingredient in these cakes? Pudding mix. It not only adds flavor but it gives the cake a richer, creamier texture. No one will know your secret ingredient!
Pumpkins aren't just for pies or Halloween decorations. These large, orange gourds - while naturally sweet - also work well in savory dishes. They pair well with poultry and pork (and especially bacon) and their creamy-when-cooked texture blends easily into soups.

Amazing dip!!!! I would say to double it though to actually serve 8 unless you have a ton of other food because 3 of us consumed this ourselves.

I make this recipe all the time because everyone always loves it. As another reviewer said it also works with spinach, just add about a cup of chopped frozen spinach that has been really well drained and squeezed dry. I serve it with melba toasts and pita wedges.

Everyone loved this recipe. I didn't bake it though, I used the crock-pot with it. I also sliced the french bread, brushed it with olive oil and toasted it in the oven. Great party dish.

Speaking as a semi-poor college student, this is a perfect recipe for any type of social gathering. We made it even more simple and simply combine the mayo, artichoke hearts, and two pounds of assorted shredded cheeses in a glass pan and cook for an hour. Vermont extra sharp cheddar adds an extra kick!

I have made this for years, and now I'm happily stuck with it. The only bad thing is that I am not allowed to bring anything new to potlucks! It's delicious!
