It may look like a sad little package shoved in the back of your freezer, but frozen spinach actually has a lot of culinary uses (and some may surprise you).

8 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 can (11 ounce size) cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
16 ounces sour cream
1 package dry onion soup mix
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil or oregano
Place the chicken in the bottom of the crock pot. In a bowl, stir together the cream soup, sour cream, and onion soup mix. Mix until the soup has dissolved. Pour the soup mixture over the chicken.
Cover the crock pot and cook on low for 4 hours or until the chicken is cooked through (exact time will depend on thickness of the chicken).
Just before serving, sprinkle the chicken with the fresh basil or oregano.
Serve hot.

The name, vodka, comes from the Russian phrase zhiznennaia voda, or "water of life". It can be made from everything from potatoes to beets. It's considered to be fairly flavorless which makes it a great liquor for mixed drinks.
Beer makes batters better, meat more tender, and sauces more flavorful.
