3/4 pound pork tenderloin
directions
Place the sweet potatoes and onions in the bottom of the crock pot. Pour the broth over the vegetables.
Combine the ginger, garlic, black pepper, and teriyaki sauce in a bowl. Rub the mixture evenly over the pork tenderloin. Place the pork on top of the vegetables.
