ingredients
8 ounces beef filet, or meat of choice
olive oil for basting
1/4 cup garlic, minced
1 bunch oregano, chopped
1/8 cup ground black pepper
4 ounces Gorgonzola cheese
kosher salt, to taste
directions
Brush meat with olive oil. Mix together all ingredients and press into the meat and let set for approximately 30 minutes before cooking so the ingredients are marinated into the meat.
Broil to desired temperature. Top with Gorgonzola, let melt and serve.
