It may look like a sad little package shoved in the back of your freezer, but frozen spinach actually has a lot of culinary uses (and some may surprise you).

This delicious mayonnaise is perfect for those who love a bit of spice in their lives! The wasabi gives it a lovely kick, whilst the avocado makes it smooth and creamy. It's perfect for dipping, spreading on sandwiches or even just eating straight from the jar! (Just make sure you have some crackers handy!)

1 fresh, ripe avocado, seeded and cut in chunks
2 tablespoons hot wasabi paste
3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 pinch salt
1 pinch sugar
1 pinch black pepper
In a bowl, mash the avocado with the wasabi paste, vinegar, salt, sugar, and black pepper until it is smooth. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap, pressing the wrap down on the surface of the mixture. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Use like you would mayonnaise - on sandwiches, burgers, etc.
