1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 teaspoon minced habanero chile
1 cup prepared mayonnaise
directions
Combine first 4 ingredients in a food processor and pulse a few times to blend. Add the mayonnaise and blend just to incorporate. Store in a glass jar with a tight fitting lid in the refrigerator.

We put this on grilled chicken sandwiches and it was a huge hit. My father in law said someone needs to sell this sauce..
