ingredients
5 cups sake
3/4 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup chili garlic sauce
1 ounce minced garlic
3/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup lime juice
1 1/2 ounce grated sugar
directions
Blend all ingredients in blender on high for 1 minute.
Pour through a china cap, into a large pot and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes.
