Three types of cheese (Cheddar, Mozzarella, and Parmesan) come together with some savory spices to make a rich and buttery spread that pairs perfectly with French bread.

ingredients
1 loaf French bread, halved horizontally and sliced into 2-inch sections
Cheese Spread
1 cup soft margarine
1/2 teaspoon ground oregano
2 teaspoons dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
2 cups grated Mozzarella cheese
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated
directions
Mix all cheese spread ingredients well and spread on top of French bread slices.
Bake at 375 degrees F for ten minutes or until topping is melted and bubbly.
