This is a copycat recipe of Local Boyz Hawaiian Cafe's fried rice. The kalua pig gives it a distinct Hawaiian flair. It also has bacon and Portuguese sausage making it an extra meaty dish.

ingredients
1/2 cup bacon, sliced and browned
1/2 cup Portuguese sausage, diced, and browned
1 cup kalua pig, heated
1/4 cup cooked frozen peas
4 eggs, scrambled
1/2 cup green onions
6 cups cooked day old rice
shoyu, to taste
oyster sauce, to taste
sesame oil, to taste
butter
oil
directions
Heat rice in wok with oil, breaking up clumps. Mix in shoyu so rice becomes light brown. Add bacon, sausage, and kalua pig. Stir till combined. Add oyster sauce to taste. Mix in eggs, peas, and half of green onions. When ready to serve, drizzle sesame oil, butter, and add in remaining green onions.
