1 1/2 pound kielbasa sausage, sliced
1 package frozen hash brown potatoes
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1/2 can (15 ounce size) evaporated milk
1 bunch green onions, diced
pepper
garlic powder
1 can green chilies (optional)
directions
Grease crock pot. Combine sausage, potatoes, onions and spices in crock pot. Mix together soup and milk; pour over ingredients in crock pot. Stir together.
Simmer in pot about 6 hours, stirring occasionally.
