Ingredients:
1 pound Hot Italian Sausage -- browned
20 ounces Frozen Chopped Broccoli -- thawed and drained
20 ounces Frozen Chopped Spinach -- thawed and drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup mayonnaise
1 can sliced water chestnuts (optional)
1 pound shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can French fried onion rings

Directions:

Combine cooked sausage, broccoli, spinach, soup, mayonnaise and water chestnuts in a deep casserole dish. Top with shredded cheese and bake in a 350F degree oven for approximately 45 minutes. Top with onion rings last 5 minutes.
