2-5 hrs
ingredients
1 medium zucchini, cut into 1-inch chunks
1 medium onion, cut into 1-inch chunks
1 large red bell pepper, cored and cut into 1-inch chunks
1 cup Italian salad dressing
1 pound kielbasa, cut into 1-inch chunks
6 wooden skewers
directions
Place the vegetable chunks in a medium-sized bowl and add the Italian dressing. Cover and allow the vegetables to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Soak wooden skewers in water for 15 to 20 minutes. Preheat the grill. Then thread 1 chunk each of kielbasa, zucchini, onion, and pepper unto each skewer. Repeat, and finish each skewer with a chunk of kielbasa.
Grill until vegetables are tender-crisp and kielbasa is heated through.

Pumpkins aren't just for pies or Halloween decorations. These large, orange gourds - while naturally sweet - also work well in savory dishes. They pair well with poultry and pork (and especially bacon) and their creamy-when-cooked texture blends easily into soups.
Pizza night is always a favorite, especially when you have great tasting pizza from some of the most popular restaurants.
