Beer makes batters better, meat more tender, and sauces more flavorful.
A can of cream of mushroom soup can be a real dinner saver. It works great in casseroles and can turn into a sauce or gravy in a pinch.

This is my favorite way to make stroganoff. Only change I do is to use both crema of mushroom soup instead of one cream of chicken

This is a quick and easy dinner that can serve guests that just happen to drop by. I like to serve it over rice as a change from the noodles. You can cut down on the sour cream and just add to your taste. Also use a little sea salt and pepper when browning the meat.
