3/4 cup blueberry preserves
1 canned chipotle chile en adobo sauce
1 tablespoon adobo sauce from chipotle can
directions
Mince chipotle and mix all ingredients. Taste and add more adobo sauce if desired.
Serve over brie on crackers or with grilled meat. The remaining chipotles and adobo sauce may be frozen in a plastic container for future use.
