Keeping a can of frozen orange juice concentrate in the freezer means you can make more than just orange juice. Try it in a variety of orange-flavored recipes.

2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon grated orange rind
1/2 teaspoon grated lemon rind
1 cup unsweetened orange juice
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon Grand Marnier, or other orange-flavored liqueur
Combine sugar and cornstarch in a small nonaluminum saucepan; stir until well blended. Stir in remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and cook, stirring constantly, until smooth and thickened. Remove from heat; cover and chill thoroughly. Serve over fresh fruit, ice milk, or angel food cake.
Note: Fresh Citrus Sauce may be served warm over pancakes, if desired.
