Beer makes batters better, meat more tender, and sauces more flavorful.

This recipe is for a copycat version of the popular Outback Steakhouse orange marmalade sauce. Made with just four simple ingredients, this sauce is perfect for dipping, glazing, or spreading on your favorite dishes.

1/2 cup orange marmalade
1/4 cup country-style mustard
1/4 cup honey
4 drops Tabasco, to taste
Whisk together the marmalade, mustard, honey, and tabasco until smooth. Serve immediately or store in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.

I followed the other reviewer's suggestion and used Stone ground mustard/horsradish/worshtershire (sp) and this was identical--I use to work there so I was impressed! I used a sugar free version of the orange marmalade. I took the left over sauce, I added white vinegar, tamari/soy sauce, and drops of ORANGE-stevia...for a fantastic sugar- free dressing
Instead of tabasco sauce, I use worstorster (spelling) sauce with all those other ingredients and it tastes exactly like it.
Marmalade is an orange jam/preserve.
what is marmalade
They also use a mixture of creole seasonings in the sauce. (I had to ask recently since I am allergic)

Yeah, no tabasco or honey. Horse raddish in a 1:1 ratio with the country mustard.
