Got frozen peaches? Make a delicious peach sauce right in your slow cooker. Sweet, spiced, and perfect for desserts or breakfast toppers.
4 pounds frozen peaches (with a bit of sugar is fine)
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
Partially thaw the peaches in the microwave and then place them in the food processor. Process until smooth and creamy. Scrape into the crockpot, add the sugar, and set on LOW for 8 hours. May stir once or twice during cooking.
After 8 hours, remove the lid, stir in lemon juice (if using), ginger and cloves. Serve warm or allow to cool. Store up to one week in the refrigerator.
I marked the lemon juice as optional since I think it's a personal preference whether or not you like the added citrus zing. When I'm feeling in need of warm, comforting 100-percent peachiness, I omit the lemon.

The name, vodka, comes from the Russian phrase zhiznennaia voda, or "water of life". It can be made from everything from potatoes to beets. It's considered to be fairly flavorless which makes it a great liquor for mixed drinks.
Ranking #1 in nearly every "favorite cookie" poll, the chocolate chip cookie is pretty much the go-to cookie of choice for both kids and grownups alike.

My family has always loved my canned apple sauce. So about 15 years ago I decided to make it with peaches. It's a little runnier but we all love it. This recipe calls for no liquid so I'm guessing it will be fabulous!(I make my applesauce with no sugar and in my big soup pot with about 25lbs of sliced fruit and 4cups of water.)
