ingredients
1 package Jiffy Corn Bread
1 stick butter (melted)
3 eggs
1 can creamed corn
8 ounces sour cream
2 tablespoons sugar
directions
Preheat oven at 350 degrees F.
In medium mixing bowl add all ingredients and hand mix well until all ingredients are blended well together.
Pour into square (10" x 10") cake pan and bake approximately 1 hour or until you can insert a toothpick and it comes out dry. Serve hot.
