I make this very often and just vary the fillings a little. It's a fool proof recipe so you can change things up easily. We also love it with spinach and chicken in it.

This is an excellent crustless quiche. I usually skip the veggies and ham and add bacon or sausage instead. Sometimes I even take out the water and just double the cream for an extra rich dish. My family LOVES this.

I've tried this recipe several times and it's always a hit. You can substitute the eggs with egg substitute as well and it still comes out great!!!
