1/4 pound butter
1/2 cup flour
6 eggs
1 cup milk
1 pound Monterey jack cheese
1 package (3 ounce size) cream cheese
2 cups cottage cheese
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
directions
Melt butter in a saucepan, add flour and cook until smooth.
Beat eggs; add milk, cheese, baking powder, salt, sugar and butter-flour mixture. Stir until well blended.
Pour into well greased, 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes.
