2 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup wheat flour
1 tablespoon gluten
1/4 cup instant nonfat dry milk
3 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 tablespoons white creme de menthe
1 cup very warm water, PLUS"PLUS" means this ingredient in addition to the one on the next line, often with divided uses
1 tablespoon very warm water
1 cup mint chocolate morsels
directions
Add all ingredients (except chocolate morsels) into the bread pan of your bread machine in the order listed.
Select white bread setting and push "Start."
Add the chocolate morsels at the "beep," (approximately 88 minutes into the cycle).
