Cheesy Scrambled Eggs

This variety of scrambled eggs uses butter and Velveeta cheese to really maximize the creaminess. Perfect on toast with tomato.

3 tablespoons butter
1/4 pound Velveeta cheese, cubed
6 eggs, lightly beaten

directions

Melt butter in large skillet.

Add cubed velveeta to beaten eggs. Mix well to combine.

Pour into skillet. Stir occasionally as eggs begin to set.

Cook until completely set. Salt and pepper to taste.
