Stuffed Breadsticks Recipe

Ingredients:
1 3/4 teaspoon unsalted butter, melted
4 Texas white rolls, frozen; thawed
2 1/2 teaspoons salad seasoning
1 can (10 ounce size) crabmeat
1/4 cup fat-free Thousand Island dressing plus
1 tablespoon fat-free Thousand Island dressing
4 lettuce leaves
Directions:
Coat the bottom of a baking pan with melted butter. Stretch each roll to about 6 inches. Place rolls in pan and coat with butter. Sprinkle with seasoning and cover with plastic wrap. Let rise 1-1/2 to 2 hours, or until doubled in size.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Bake 20 minutes, or until golden. Remove from pan. Let cool and split each breadstick in half lengthwise. Combine crabmeat and dressing in a bowl. Fill breadsticks with crab mixture and lettuce.
