Easy to make snack sticks made with refrigerated breadstick dough, pepperoni slices, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, and seasonings. Serve with heated pizza sauce for dipping.

1 can (8 ounce size) refrigerated breadstick dough
32 slices pepperoni, cut in half
shredded mozzarella cheese, as needed
1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1 tablespoon garlic powder
heated pizza sauce, as desired
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Separate the bread stick dough into individual pieces and place on an ungreased baking sheet.
Place a layer of 8 pepperoni halves on one end of each breadstick. Sprinkle with some of the Mozzarella cheese. Fold each breadstick over to cover the pepperoni and cheese and gently twist the breadstick. Press gently to help the dough keep the twisted shape.
In a small bowl, stir together the Parmesan, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Sprinkle over each breadstick.
Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake at 350 degrees F for 10-14 minutes or until golden brown. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and let the breadsticks cool for 5 minutes. Serve the pizza sticks warm with pizza sauce for dipping.

Ah, the unassuming envelope of onion soup mix. It's more than just for onion soup (or dip). It adds tremendous flavor (and convenience) in all these recipes.

These were excellent! Light and flaky. I thought the spices and pepperoni might make them too salty, but that wasn't the case.

These breadsticks are great! You need to be careful when twisting them so that the filling doesn't fall out but if you get the ends sealed they stay together pretty well. Great flavor and SO easy to make.
