2 teaspoons dry yeast
1 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1 3/4 cup white flour
1 1/2 tablespoon gluten (optional)
1/4 cup light brown sugar
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons butter
1 1/2 teaspoon dry lemon peel
1 1/2 teaspoon dry orange peel
1 cup whole cranberries, coarsely chopped
1/2 tablespoon pure maple syrup
4 tablespoons buttermilk powder
1 1/4 cup warm water


Chop cranberries. Drizzle with maple syrup and stir together.

Place ingredients in bread machine according to manufacturer's directions. Adjust water or flour as needed. Use white or regular cycle, light crust.
