Cherry Pie Filling Bread

ingredients
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cup oil
3 eggs
1 can cherry pie filling
1 1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 teaspoon soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
directions
Sift all dry ingredients together. Beat oil and eggs. Add vanilla Mix all dry ingredients with flour. Add oil mixture to flour mixture. Stir in cherry pie filling and nuts.
Pour into two greased loaf pans. Bake at 325 degrees F for 1 hour.

This is a great recipe! However, I did substitute Splenda for sugar and used sugar-free pie filling. It tasted just like cherry cobbler! I'll pass this recipe on to my friends and family.
