ingredients
1 3/4 cup unsifted flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 teaspoon allspice
1 egg, beaten
1 cup cranberry-orange relish
1/4 cup salad oil
1 cup diced steamed prunes
2/3 cup milk
directions
Sift the first 5 ingredients into a bowl.
Mix remaining ingredients together. Pour half the liquid mixture into dry ingredients and stir lightly. Blend in remaining liquids.
Scrape into a greased 9" x 5" loaf pan. Bake at 375 degrees F for 50 minutes or until firm. Cool and remove from pan.
