Honey Dijon Pork Chops

6 pork chops
1 bottle (8 ounce size) honey dijon salad dressing
directions
Place the pork chops in the bottom of the crock pot. Evenly pour the honey dijon dressing over the chops.
Cover the crock pot and cook on low heat for 6-8 hours or until the pork chops are tender (will depend on the thickness of the chops).
Serve hot.

I was afraid this would be bland based on the other review so I seasoned the chops well first, then pan seared, then proceeded in the crock pot on low for 5 hours. Glad I seasoned them because I think that made the difference. Still could use a little "something" though. Maybe making the honey-mustard mixture from scratch or adding more dijon or something to just perk it up a bit.
