Slow Cooker Acorn Squash With Chutney And Coconut

3 acorn squash
salt and pepper
1/4 cup melted butter
1/3 cup chutney
1/3 cup flake coconut
directions
Slice squash in half, remove seeds. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place in bottom of crockpot. Cover, cook on low for 3-5 hours or until tender.
Combine remaining ingredients. Remove squash from crockpot. Place cut sides up in baking dish. Spoon chutney mixture into cavity of each piece. Bake at 400 degrees F for 15 minutes.
