It may look like a sad little package shoved in the back of your freezer, but frozen spinach actually has a lot of culinary uses (and some may surprise you).

Turn a package of brownie mix into a dessert pizza that everyone will love.

1 package fudge brownie mix, plus ingredients to prepare
6 ounces candy coated milk chocolate pieces
1 cup white chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 12-inch pizza pan.
Prepare brownie mix according to instructions and add 1/2 cup of candy pieces to the batter. Spread the batter on the pizza pan.
Place the pan in the oven and bake at 350 degrees F for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick inserted is almost clean when removed.
Immediately after removing from oven, press the remaining candies on top of the brownie pizza.
Melt the white chocolate chips in a glass bowl in the microwave on medium (50% power) for about 30 seconds. Stir until smooth and then spoon into a plastic sandwich bag. Seal the top then cut one corner of the bag and drizzle the white chocolate over the pizza.
Slice into wedges and serve when cooled.

The name, vodka, comes from the Russian phrase zhiznennaia voda, or "water of life". It can be made from everything from potatoes to beets. It's considered to be fairly flavorless which makes it a great liquor for mixed drinks.

This was very easy to make. Don't use a bigger pizza pan than called for or it will get too thin.
