8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup sugar
3 tablespoons Amaretto liqueur
2 tablespoons whipping cream
1 pint blackberries or raspberries
1 pint strawberries, sliced
directions
Beat the cream cheese and sour cream together in a small mixing bowl at medium speed with an electric mixer, adding in the sugar, liqueur, and cream. Mix until well blended and then chill.
Toss the fruit together and spoon into individual serving dishes, and top with the chilled cream cheese sauce.
