The Easiest Fruit Crisp Ever

If you're intimidated by complex desserts or are just looking for a no-frills summer dessert, you're in luck. This fruit crisp is simple and spectacular.

ingredients

4 cups fruit (blueberries, raspberries, peaches, apples)
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Topping

1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons butter

directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Place blueberries in baking pan and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.

Rub topping ingredients together until they resemble coarse crumbs; sprinkle on top of berries and bake for 35-40 minutes or until tender, until crust is golden brown and berries are bubbly.
