To create these tasty treats, all you need to do is dip bite-sized pieces of fruit in melted chocolate, and then skewer them onto wooden skewers for a fun and easy way to enjoy your favorite fruits.

1 cup chocolate chips
18 pieces fresh fruit such as strawberries, kiwi slices, apple slices, or pineapple chunks
Place the chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl and microwave on high heat for one minute. Stir the chocolate chips well. Microwave in 10 second intervals, stirring after each one, until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.
Place a sheet of waxed paper on a baking sheet.
Dip the fruit in the chocolate, coating them as desired. Place the dipped fruit on the waxed paper lined baking sheet. Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for 10 minutes or until the chocolate is firm.
Thread the fruit on skewers and serve.
