Tortilla Fruit Roll-Up Dessert

ingredients
12 fat-free tortillas (6 inch size)
1 pint canned fruit or pie filling
sugar
cinnamon
non-stick cooking spray
directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Spray cooking sheet with cooking spray.
Place a line of fruit down tortilla slightly off center and roll up. Place seam side down on cookie sheet, not touching. Spray lightly with cooking spray. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
Bake 15-30 minutes until browned and crisp. Cook on wire rack. Store in airtight container. Best eaten warm.

BTW - I didn't actually melt any butter... just sprayed the top of them with "Pam" butter spray and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Made an easy recipe even easier.

Made this with my kids - they loved it. I had some leftover fresh cherries, so made them into a quick "pie filling" with a little cornstarch and sugar. My husband came home and gobbled one up too. Truly quick and easy. And seriously yummy.
